The film is based on a research from National Institutes of Health (NIH) which claims a large percentage of abandoning any harmful habit is the psychological factor and routine commitment

As part of internship program in Doha film institute. The commitment is a short film based on a true story was produced with the aim of spreading awareness about the importance of abandoning bad habits and not hesitating to take advices from others.
