We must appreciate an artist during their lifetime. It is a great irony that society often fails to value artists while they are alive, only to exalt them posthumously. This neglect not only undermines the artist's contributions but also deprives society of fully experiencing and understanding their work. By recognising and honouring artists while they are still with us, we not only uplift their spirits but also enrich our cultural heritage. It is high time we change our approach and offer the respect and recognition artists deserve when they can truly appreciate it.
