S. Joe Downing, wrote, directed, edited and acted in the short film Cozen. S. Joe Downing is the first of his family generation Asian Kid growing up in Seattle, WA USA, I've always been fascinated with films. I started my acting career in college. Seeing how competitive the field is even in Washington State, my purpose was to spotlight local actors and help them showcase their talents by writing interesting narratives. Cozen is the first step.
