At its core, Contigo Siempre is a drama in disguise—a hyper-focused, emotional story set within a post-apocalyptic horror backdrop. Instead of exploring the vastness of the world or its lore, the film hones in on the intimate, heartbreaking final moments between two sisters. Inspired by literary works like Of Mice and Men and cinematic classics like The Twilight Zone, the film aims to strip away exposition in favor of raw, unfiltered emotion. Subtle touches of my culture are sprinkled throughout the production design, dialogue, and props, rewarding those with a keen eye for detail.
